Authority knows how to speak and scold others without being too harsh. When certain situations arise, the authority raises their voice to show the seriousness of the situation. Identity and authority play a key role in the community I am involved in. These theories hold to be very true. The community that I am in is the United Stated Army. I can relate with Wardle very well in this community. There is always changing identities and authority in the army that sometimes things can get confusing. An example of this would be someone getting a promotion in the military. When someone is a Private they never really get any say on how things go in the military. All they do is just what they are told to do.
