Examine the Evidence

In all your courses in the program, we have asked you to support your practice with evidence from nursing journals or conference presentations. But where does this evidence come from? From nursing research!
But how do we know if the research is valid? How do we determine if it can apply to our patients or our work environment? We need to critically examine the evidence. This term, we will be learning how to evaluate research by focusing on these two articles.
