Each student will design a plan or “foundation” for her/his development as a leader. This plan should include: (a) an assessment of your present strengths and weaknesses as a leader; (b) a list of the top 10 leadership resources which you plan to utilize in the next 1-3 years or beyond (e.g., mentors, books, tapes, conferences, assessment tools, web sites, classes, etc.); and (c) a specific action plan that will provide a path and accountability
