Order Description
The following objectives for this assignment are:
1. Identify and describe what experiences have shaped your leadership style, your philosophy towards leadership, and motivation behind your behavior. (2 pages)
a. What are your leadership strengths; what are your weaknesses?
b. How can you maximize your strengths? How can you minimize or remove your limitations?
c. What are your blind spots?opinions, stereotypes, and knee-jerk reactions that are difficult to acknowledge?
2. Identify and describe what combination of established leadership styles you would use?autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, transformational, and transactional?when dealing with day-to-day operations at the three system levels. Provide examples and reference leadership theories as appropriate. (2 pages)
