The executive summary is a synopsis of the overall marketing plan, with an outline that conveys the main thrust of the marketing strategy and its execution.
Your executive summary should clearly identify key issues or concerns which relate to their role in implementing the marketing plan.
It should introduce major aspects of the marketing plan which can include sales projections, costs and performance evaluation measures.
The summary should be 1 – 2 pages in length but remember you are just giving a brief overview and you don’t have to go into great detail in this section.
