Using this week’s Resources and 2 outside research, create a VISUAL representation of the four (4) main coaching models discussed: developmental coaching, the GROW model, the Flow model, and the Mineral Rights model. This could be a table, a PowerPoint presentation, or another media of your choice.
Include the main steps, characteristics, uses, etc. As you prepare your representation, find at least two outside sources of information to use.
In addition, respond to the following:
1. Which coaching model do you believe would best fit with your leadership style? Why?
2. For the organization and individuals you work with, which approach do you feel would be the most beneficial for you to use? Why?
3. The models discussed refer specifically to coaching. How could they also be used for mentoring? Would they need to be modified? If so, how?
4. What is the value of having a specific framework in both coaching and mentoring?
