To attract new customers by 20% per quarter and maintain repeat customers, all while providing great quality products and excellent customer service through online sales.

1. This online project will not take any longer than 12 – 16 weeks
2. The purchase of the computers will be within the first 10 weeks of authorizing this venture
3. The website will be up and running within 12 to 16 weeks, at approximately 14 weeks
4. At the end of 16 weeks, the designed website and customer service agents will be trained and ready for service
5. At the end of 16 weeks, all items will be ready for purchase

4. Make sure that all computers are updated and ready for consumers to log in and out
5. Make sure that there is safety on all pages of the website, including the check out
6. Make sure all customer service representatives have completed a “How to Handle Customers’ Inquires” Workshop
7. Make sure that all inventory is ready for sale
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

1. Monitor what is and is not working after one month
2. What cost was incurred that was or was not effective
3. Review the project and ensure that it is on task with the 5 year plan for growth
